All orders are prepared within 24 hours and delivered to the courier during the day. The average delivery time is 2-5 days depending on courier workload. Orders received at the weekend are dispatched on the Monday.

We keep this information up to date. Occasionally we get stock errors, someone will call or email you to keep you up to date if this is the case.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 for UK delivery.

Please check your address, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if you have provided an incorrect address.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. We accept all major cards.

When an order confirmation is received this shows that we have received your order. This does not mean that there is a contract between us. When we send you an invoice it shows that your order has been accepted and therefore that there is a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the event of a pricing error, if we have incorrectly priced goods or if for any reason we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the event of a change in price we will always contact you first to make sure the price is acceptable.
